1. 注文のキャンセル
- ご注文のキャンセルは、注文の翌日の正午12:00まで可能で、その以降は商品発送前の場合でもキャンセルすることはできません。
- ご注文の後、翌日の正午12:00以前なら、商品の発送前である場合は、メールでのキャンセル申し込みが可能です。
- 無通帳入金で注文する場合、 注文後3日以内に入金をしていない場合は注文がキャンセルされます。
- 商品発送後、お客様の都合でやむを得ずキャンセル申し込み/キャンセル承認された場合、 ご注文商品の発送地域の往復送料を負担していただく必要があります。
2. 交換/返品
- 交換/返品を希望する場合、商品到着後7日以内にメールで返品要請をすることができます。
- お客様のご都合による交換/返品の場合、返品手数料及び往復送料はお客様の負担となります。
- 返品要請の確認後、返品が可能な場合には返品手数料と往復送料をご案内いたします。
- 商品の内容が表示・広告内容と異なる、商品不良、誤配送などによる交換/返品の場合、送料はショッピングモールが負担します。
- ※この他、交換/返品に対するポリシーは、利用約款に基づいて運営されます。
3. 返品が不可能な場合
- 商品不良・誤発送以外の返品、交換
- 返品の理由の記載がない場合
- 商品の値札、ラベルなどを取り外した場合
- 一回以上使用、または洗濯された商品
- お客様により傷や汚れが生じた商品
- 商品パッケージ（袋・ケースなど）を紛失した場合
- 上記の返品日程が守られなかった場合
- 商品の原本またはパッケージが毀損された場合
4. 配送のご案内
- 1）送料
- 海外送料はショッピングモールで指定した配送会社の料率に基づいて配送重量別/距離別に異なります。 （boxの重量を含む）
- 2）配送日
- 商品配送期間は、一般的に決済が完了される注文日から最低5日～最大10日以内です。
- 商品配送期間は配送国、商品の在庫、通関などの状況により異なる場合があります。
- 商品発送が開始されると、お客様のメールまたはマイページ>注文詳細ページから配送情報が確認できます。
- 3）注意事項（下記の場合はお届け日が若干遅くなるので、予めご了承ください。）
- 当社休日や休日前の営業時間外にご注文いただいた場合。
- 当社一時休暇、年末年始、夏期休暇の場合。
- 配送混雑時、悪天候等の場合。
- 土曜日、日曜日、休日、祝日の注文件は次の営業日に発送されます。
